Privacy Policy

Short version: the calculators run entirely in your browser. Your salary, filing status, dependents and deductions are never sent to us and never stored on a server.

What we do not collect

Nothing you type into a calculator. Every figure is processed by JavaScript on your own device and discarded when you close the tab. We do not ask for your name, email address or Social Security number, and there is no account to create.

What is collected automatically

Like any website, our host records standard server request data — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request — for security and to keep the site running. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views in aggregate. Neither is linked to anything you enter into a calculator.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage for a single purpose: remembering whether you chose the light or dark colour theme. It stays on your device and is not readable by us.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not hold any. If we add advertising or analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.

Children

This site is intended for adults managing their own pay. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can clear the theme preference by clearing site data in your browser. Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to request, export or delete. If you have a question, get in touch.
